Raphael Doyen brings 18 years of experience in the video game industry. He began his career as a consumer and market analyst and later became an expert in innovation and creativity management at Ubisoft and as a freelance. He successfully helped studios overcome creative challenges, contributing to the success of over 30 top-tier games (Far Cry, Assassin’s Creed, Just Dance, Ghost Recon, Prince of Persia, Anno 1800, The Division…)Since 2022, he has focused exclusively on supporting game studios with Game-Changr, leveraging his experience to help them refine their creative vision and achieve their development goals, through creative workshops, playtests and researches.Whether working on AAA games, indie projects, mobile games, PC, or consoles, Raphael ensures that studios stay true to their core vision and maintain enthusiasm among all stakeholders.
