Publisher needed players to understand a complex system mashup without feeling overwhelmed, before the announcement went public.
Result: 10 expert players across France, Canada, and the US. Identified critical friction points in onboarding. Delivered a redesigned tutorial flow, revised in-game terminology, and new UI recommendations — all before launch.

HAMSTERMIND
Small team, tight deadline, and a February 2026 Steam launch. Needed rapid, prioritised feedback — not a long report.
Result: 12 expert puzzle players recruited and tested in December 2025. Critical friction points uncovered and fixed before Steam Next Fest. Positive reviews on launch confirmed player satisfaction.
